Should you wish to pay for your purchase by either direct fund transfer or by cheque, please contact us providing us with the details of your order and we will promptly respond to your e-mail to confirm the order and payment arrangements.

Delivery will be made when the payment by direct fund transfer, bank draft or cheque clears the bank account.

Currency

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include NZ Goods & Services tax.

Delivery Costs

We will normally ship within two days of receiving a confirmed order. If we are temporarily out of a particular item we will promptly contact you by email to inform you of the delay in shipping. Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes. A delivery address, other than that shown as the cardholders address, may require further verification by Sportswell Limited.

All deliveries to NZ addresses are sent by surface mail.

We charge the following amounts for shipping:

·  New Zealand - $10 flat charge shippping free for all sales.including rural deliveries deliveries and international

Safe Shopping

When you shop by internet it is important that your credit card details are secure. Sportswell.co.nz treats your security very seriously. All of your credit card details are processed by our bank, Westpac, and are encrypted (scrambled) and transmitted electronically via SSL technology to ensure your privacy and to prevent interception.

Your order and shipping details that we obtain will be stored and retained solely for our own use and will not be divulged to any third party whatsoever.

Returns

Sportswell.co.nz takes pride in our service, quality and excellent value. We will however accept returns provided the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt, and with all labels and tags attached. This should be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt. The cost of return freight both ways is the customer's responsibility. The exception is if the product received by the purchaser has been damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault. Before returning items we require you to contact us to discuss the details. After receiving the returned goods, Sportswell.co.nz will promptly forward a replacement and reimburse all mail costs.
